Every Hearth & Haven blanket ships from my studio in North Carolina. Here's what to expect.
Free shipping on every order through September 19, 2026. It's applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. The standard rates below apply to orders placed after that date.
Where we ship
United States only for now. International shipping is on the list — but we want to get domestic right first.
What shipping costs
Shipping is priced by weight and destination, and the exact amount always appears at checkout before you pay.
The estimated shipping prices start from $9.50 for baby/toddler blankets and from $13.50 for throws/adult blankets.
Ordering more than one? Blankets travel in sturdy boxes sized for the piece, so a larger order needs more boxes and the rate steps up accordingly. Checkout does the maths and shows you the total before payment.
How long it takes
I aim to pack and ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier — you'll see live rates and estimates at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.
What's in the box
Every order includes:
- Your blanket, hand-finished and folded.
- A comprehensive blanket care guide — everything you need to know before the first wash and how to keep your heirloom blanket looking amazing for a long time after.
- Each blanket comes with a hand-stamped faux leather tag, that can be removed for washing and reapplied after.
- A handwritten card — because every heirloom piece deserves one.

Lost packages, address changes, holds
If your order goes missing or you need to redirect it, email hello@hearthandhaven.studio with your order number. The earlier the better — once your package is in transit, our options narrow.
