Shipping policy

Every Hearth & Haven blanket ships from my studio in North Carolina. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

United States only for now. International shipping is on the list — but we want to get domestic right first.

How we ship

Shipped via UPS Ground Saver to anywhere in the United States. Each blanket arrives in a sturdy, recyclable box sized for the piece. Two box sizes:

• Adult blankets — full-size box.
• Toddler and baby blankets — a smaller box to keep shipping costs honest.

How long it takes

I aim to pack and ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and service you choose at checkout — you'll see live rates and estimates there. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

What's in the box

Every order includes:

• Your blanket, hand-finished and folded into its storage bag.
• A faux leather tag marking the colourway and the studio of origin.
• A handwritten card — because every piece deserves one.

If you've added a mesh wash bag at checkout, it ships in the same package. (And if you haven't, please consider it — see the Care Guide.)

Lost packages, address changes, holds

If your order goes missing or you need to redirect it, email hello@hearthandhaven.studio with your order number. The earlier the better — once your package is in transit, our options narrow.
